They are all very nice ~ the attitude of the front desk is very good. It's close to the bus station. You can take the free Earth bus line to the central area and ASU. The breakfast is also good. My favorite is bacon🥓with potatoes🥔

The staff did not clean the room once in the three days we were there, although one time they did come in and change the towels. Unfortunately, we were not impressed....

Knew I was rolling the dice with this booking having read the reviews, but thought I'd take the chance as the price wasn't as extreme as some other properties. Well the gamble didn't pay off. Between being on the flight path for PHX with no soundproofing, and the creakiest floorboards I've ever encountered at a hotel; you'll get very little sleep. You will literally hear every footstep from the room above you (so try to get the top 3rd floor). Also the room phone didn't work nor the microwave, and the Wi-Fi was clearly struggling to handle the traffic. Staff seemed nice enough, these aren't front line staff issues. Not much around the hotel but a short ride share to into Tempe / ASU or Sloan Field (the walk to ASU is about 40 minutes). A few fast food spots in walking distance.

We stayed here because it is close to the airport and we were arriving late. I would probably not stay here again. It is outdated and not very clean. There was mold/mildew in the bathroom and the cheap repairs were very obvious (looked like the landlord special). I was glad to be leaving after only 12 hours there. It was convenient thought because it is close to the airport, restaurants, and stores.

This was so dirty, our sheets were obviously dirty and yellow and had pink stains all over, there were little bugs and gnats flying around, the floors are covered in dirt, the window seals were caked with black dirt. on top of that they bed they have is the worst thing i’ve ever slept on, I almost slept on the floor instead, i’m almost certain it was a box spring with a mattress pad. it made how dirty it was not even matter. I am very disappointed with this stay i felt so dirty and gross. won’t stay again.

I liked the putting greens through out the complex, very unique and very fun for all ages!
The staff were difficult and there was a medical emegency during our stay, a woman ran out into the courtyard yelling and screaming for help and I watched three staff members act like they couldn't hear the cries for help and ran into rooms to continue to "clean"
The hotel also charged me an additional $575 for god knows what... Three days after we checked out.

I had safety concerns. While I was in my room hotel staff without knocking tried to come in room
Second: when I left my room I put privacy sign on door when I returned it was taken off. I found the privacy sigh inside my room on the door handle!!
I would not recommend this place!!
